Interpersonal Neuroscience
This work is based on the science of inter-human connection and emotional regulation.
Crises bring up fear in everyone - then it depends on our patterns of emotional regulation whether we transform this fear into denial, freeze, blame, or strategic action for positive change.
You learn practices to regulate fear and other emotions in a way that creates better connections, a more reliable mental state, and more compassion for everyone.

Transforming polarizing patterns
Blame activates defensiveness and avoidance mechanisms.
Oftentimes, we subconsciously attract resistance in other peoples mind, when we write and formulate from a mindset of (hidden) moral superiority, us versus them-mindset and a judgemental tone.

Through the healthy systems work, communicative patterns will naturally change towards being more inviting and inclusive to all people. This comes from an inside-outwards transition in the participants.
Activating full potential
When emotional burdens are relieved and we feel safe in our work system, we once again have space and energy for
...creating projects
... going into difficult discussion
... drafting new policies etc.
